Quil ("we", "us", "our") operates the Silvanus Application ("the Application"), an internal tool that uses the Meta Graph API to display social media performance data for our own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
Through the Meta Graph API, the Application retrieves the following data from our own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts:

All demographic data accessed (age ranges, gender distribution) is aggregated and anonymised by Meta before being made available through the API. We do not receive, access, or store any personally identifiable information about individual Facebook or Instagram users.

No usage analytics, browsing history, or activity logs are collected from Application users.
Page Access Tokens used to authenticate with the Meta Graph API are stored in a server-side configuration file. They are never transmitted to end users' browsers and are only used server-to-server to retrieve our own page analytics. These tokens are restricted to read-only insights permissions.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any data retrieved through this Application with any third party. Analytics data is used solely for internal business reporting purposes within Quil.

Since the Application does not permanently store any Meta platform data, there is nothing to delete from our systems. If you wish to revoke the Application's access to your Facebook Page data, you may do so at any time through: Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
To request deletion of your staff account credentials from the Application, contact the system administrator.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
